Aarti is a registered clinical psychotherapist with the Singapore Association for Counsellors, wife and mother with a Masters in Counselling (Monash, Australia) and Bachelors in Psychology & Sociology. She has broad experience working with individuals, including children, as well as couples, families, and groups.
Aarti employs a mixed style of evidence based therapies to meet the specific needs of her individual clients including cognitive behavioural therapy, systemic therapy, solution focused, EMDR. She is warm, direct, practical and supportive with a passion for normalizing and working with the universality of the human experience in which we can relate. Aarti believes in the importance of establishing a significant therapeutic relationship with the client and its efficacy in driving desired change for the client.
Aarti has previously worked with a Voluntary Welfare Organization as a Counsellor and Trainer. She has vast experience working with local, international schools and kindergartens. In addition to her experience in human behavior.
Aarti is a communications specialist with significant experience in public relations where she worked with a variety of clients.
