Aarti is a registered Counsellor with the Singapore Association for Counsellors, wife and mother with a Masters in Counselling (Monash, Australia) and a Bachelors in Psychology & Sociology. She has a wide range of experience working alongside individuals, including children, as well as couples, families, and groups.
Aarti employs a mixed style of evidence based therapies to meet the specific needs of her clients. This includes: cognitive behavioural therapy, systemic therapy, solution focused therapy, and EMDR. She is warm, direct, practical and supportive. She holds a passion for normalizing and working with the universality of the human experience to which we can all relate. Aarti believes in the importance of establishing a significant therapeutic relationship with her clients and the efficacy of driving desired change for each individual client.
Aarti has previously worked with a Voluntary Welfare Organization as a Counsellor and Trainer. She has vast experience working with local and international schools and kindergartens.
In addition to her experience in human behavior Aarti is a communications specialist with significant experience in public relations where she worked with numerous kinds of clients.
