A. Both employees and managers will develop the ability to process and explore solutions to cope with personal and professional demands. They will learn how to manage their emotions during a crisis, as well as be more efficient in managing their work life balance.

Q. Under a typical EAP that Incontact provides, how many counselling sessions are each employee given?

A. We usually provide 6 sessions in a year per employee, but these sessions can be renewed on a case to case basis.
