Aarti was very committed towards my mental health. I came in hoping to cope with my anxiety, I come out receiving so much more. In the sessions I’ve been with her, we were able to discover deep emotions I have kept or subconsciously holding, other than my anxiety. Aarti has been very helpful in navigating through various issues and empowered me to adapt to different parts of my life. She has the knowledge on many mental health issues and provides great resources such as books or links to enable learning. She empowered me towards better health and believed strongly in stable mental health for a holistic healthy life. It has been great fortune to have worked with her, I could recommend nobody else other than her.
I have been working with Aarti for some time now. It has been a real journey for me. Aarti has helped me a great deal. She has been an amazing listener. I feel that she really knows me very well. She has been a huge help in connecting the dots, enabling me to understand why I have certain behaviours and where they have stemmed from. With this knowledge we have been able to work on the undesired behaviours and cognitions. Our sessions are a safe space for me, in which i feel I can say anything without the fear of being judged. I appreciate all the work Aarti has put in, in helping me on life’s journey. Thank you so much!
When I started seeing Aarti for therapy, I was in deep depression, and suffering from anxiety that gave me crippling insomnia. The sessions I had with her played a huge part in my recovery journey. Without her help, I could not have made the progress that I did. From the very first few sessions, we dove deep into my belief systems that arose from my upbringing. She helped me to identify beliefs that didn’t serve me and realise that I am strong, capable and worthy. I felt safe and connected to Aarti. She is realistic and honest, yet empathetic. The deep inner work that we did in our sessions allowed me to become aware of and remove subconscious blocks within my mind. I have been able to step more and more into my power as a result. Aarti also guided me in making behavioural changes that helped me to improve my quality of life. I would highly recommend her to anyone who needs support and wants to live life as their best selves!
