Ana holds a Master of Social Science (Professional Counselling) awarded by Swinburne University of Technology and has been counselling since 2015. In therapy, Ana would be your emotional partner and work with what you would be comfortable with whilst respecting your needs and safety. She believes in walking the difficult and challenging journey herself so that she could relate with the other’s journey.
Ana practices the Rogerian method of being person centered and uses integrative psychotherapy depending on the personality of her clients and nature of their situations. She works on helping and empowering her clients in areas where they can effect personal change in order to influence or alter their situations. “In using self-calming methods and sometimes re-parenting the inner child, clients are able to process the events that have caused them to be stuck, aiding them to find closure and move ahead with clarity, confidence, and courage”.
Ana works with individuals ranging from 19 – 70-year-old.
