Executive Coach and Counsellor
Through 30 years in international banking (India, UK, Singapore), I gained insights into corporate dynamics and managerial challenges. Observing human behaviour, I naturally began guiding team members and colleagues, which led me to Executive Coaching. For 11 years since, I have supported leaders and managers in achieving growth and transformation.
While coaching, I discovered that many surface challenges stem from deeper unresolved issues. This realisation inspired me to pursue formal training in counselling.
Now, as a coach and counsellor, I combine my professional and life experience, helping clients not only navigate professional transitions but also embark on meaningful personal growth journeys.

As a trained psychotherapist and executive coach, I seamlessly navigate between coaching’s forward focused approach and counselling’s deep exploration of past challenges. This unique integration allows me to address immediate goals while uncovering and resolving underlying root causes, providing clients with holistic support, tailored to their evolving individual needs.

I help my clients reframe challenges and uncover solutions often hidden in their subconscious. Providing candid, non-judgmental feedback, I build trust in our coaching partnership and use humour when appropriate to foster a comfortable, collaborative environment.

Counselling beyond the conventional.
Blending evidence-based approaches like CBT, ACT, Exposure Therapy, and the Gottman Method, I adapt tools to fit each client's unique needs.
Always holding my clients in “unconditional positive regard”, I foster collaborative and empathetic spaces to tackle challenges and craft tailored, sustainable solutions that empower personal growth and resilience.

Beyond work.
I dedicate time to pro bono coaching and counselling with charitable organisations, developing leaders, and rehabilitating ex-convicts.
I have lived in seven countries and travelled to over ninety. An exhibited photographer and published author, I also enjoy diving, motorcycling, reading, and cooking. Singapore is home, but the world inspires me.
