What Is Executive Coaching?

The International Coaching Federation (ICF) defines coaching as “partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximise their personal and professional potential. Coaching often unlocks previously untapped sources of imagination, productivity and leadership”.

At Incontact, we offer executive coaching (also called Coaching for Executives), where you work with a Coach-as-a-partner to be more effective at your job by polishing and attaining your goals in a healthy, efficient and sustainable way. Our approach involves creating a joint project to identify and address what keeps you stuck, turbo-charging your motivators while leveraging your inner strengths and other resources. The goal is to enable and empower you to create a fulfilling professional life.

Three Key Aspects Of Executive Coaching

1. Safe & Professional Space

Incontact allows you to work with a trained, professional coach outside your organisation in a place of psychological safety and confidentiality with no fear of judgement( or chance of the conversations making their way into your annual review at your place of employment).

2.You Are The Co-Lead

It is a partnership of equals where the Coach is a facilitator rather than a one-way advisor, mentor or consultant.

3. Customised, Goal-Orientated & Future Orientated

The focus is to progress towards your unique goal within your context.

Who Can Benefit From Executive Coaching?

Executive coaching is beneficial for working professionals at different milestones in their journey :

  • CXOs and CXOs-in-the-making.
  • Professionals who are navigating fast-changing industries and organisations.
  • First-time people leaders or those recently promoted to lead their erstwhile peers.
  • Women leaders are working their way up the slippery ladder/encountering a glass ceiling as they strive to realise their ambitions.
  • Entrepreneurs who are crafting a new world.
  • Those considering a different path within or away from the corporate world, including a radical (or otherwise) sabbatical.
  • Ex-Executives considering/returning to work after a break.
  • High-potential employees who are targeting their next role.
  • Founders of startup companies.
  • Small and medium business owners.
  • More.

Should I Partner With An Executive Coach At Incontact?

If you are willing to take charge and invest time and effort to address specific challenges at work, improve your performance and galvanise your growth trajectory to see the positive spillover effects of this in other facets of your personal (e.g. work-life harmony) and professional life (e.g. improved workplace relationships), this offering is for you.
