WORKPLACE WELLNESS PROGRAMMES

Practical mental health skills for a stronger workplace

What are Workplace Wellness Programmes?

Mental health awareness in Asia’s corporate culture is evolving. More organisations are now recognising the importance of psychological wellbeing and are investing in mental health support that goes beyond surface-level awareness. Incontact’s Workplace Wellness Programmes are part of our Employee Assistance Programme (EAP), designed to equip employees with deeper knowledge and hands-on skills for managing their mental health—both at work and in life.

These programmes go beyond our shorter Lunch Talks. They are typically half-day sessions that take the form of interactive workshops or small group seminars, focused on topics like stress management, emotional regulation, or mental health training for managers.

What we address in our Wellness Programmes

  • Stress management
  • Mindfulness and relaxation training
  • Emotional regulation
  • Communication and trust building
  • Conflict resolution
  • Mental health training for managers
  • Preventing burnout
  • Psychological safety at work

Why deeper learning matters

One-off talks raise awareness—but longer workshops provide real change. Our Workplace Wellness Programmes create space for employees to not just understand mental health, but to actively practice skills that can help them cope, communicate, and support one another more effectively.
