Kavita is a board-certified Integrative Health Coach. She partners with clients to achieve their wellness goals through sustainable lifestyle changes. Her goal is to help clients build confidence, find balance, and sustain motivation in their health journeys, guiding them towards lasting positive change.

After earning her MBA from NUS and working in the corporate world, Kavita navigated the challenges of entrepreneurship, launching her own business while balancing work and motherhood. She has studied and worked in 5 countries and now calls Singapore home. This diverse background uniquely equips her to understand different backgrounds and the complexities of change. Kavita’s journey in health and wellness began when her young daughter faced serious health challenges, and she saw first-hand how powerful lifestyle changes can be. She was inspired to dive deeper and use the knowledge she had gained to help others improve their health.

Kavita empowers her clients to view their health holistically – looking at physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health. She recognizes each person’s journey to health is unique and partners with her clients to develop a personalised health plan to achieve their optimal health. She meets you where you are in your health journey providing a warm, supportive and judgement free space.

As we continue to expand our services, we recognize the growing need for a more integrated approach to mental health. Kavita’s role as a Health Coach will bridge the gap between traditional therapy and lifestyle medicine, offering our clients a well-rounded, personalized path to wellness. By focusing on sleep, stress management, nutrition and movement, Kavita will work alongside our counsellors to provide comprehensive support that addresses the "whole person” in the journey to wellness and help clients build healthy habits that complement traditional therapy.

Kavita is a trained yoga teacher and uses tools from yoga and mindfulness in her work. She has a special interest in sleep and nervous system regulation.
