What are Personal Counselling Services?
Personal Counselling Services are a core part of Incontact’s Employee Assistance Programme. We offer employees a private, professional space to talk through personal or work-related challenges—with trained therapists who understand the complexities of modern work and life.
These 1-on-1 sessions support not just individual wellbeing, but the emotional culture of your organisation as a whole. When employees feel safe, heard, and supported, they show up more fully—for themselves, their teams, and their work.
Research shows that unaddressed mental health concerns directly impact productivity, performance, and retention. But for many employees, asking for help at work can feel risky or inappropriate. Our Personal Counselling Services are designed to break that barrier.
Whether your employees are navigating burnout, transitions, grief, or relationship stress, these sessions offer a safe, confidential space to reflect, heal, and grow. And when people feel better, they work better.
At Incontact, we believe mental health support should be personal, practical, and culturally attuned. Our therapists are experienced in supporting professionals across industries and life stages. We prioritise trust, compassion, and psychological rigour in every session—because the human element is not just part of the workplace, it’s the heart of it.
All sessions are 100% private and handled by our licensed therapists. Employees can book sessions directly through our secure platform.
For organisations that prefer an in-office option, we also offer onsite counselling. Our therapist will be available on scheduled days, creating easy access without the barrier of travel or time off.
Employees can access therapy from anywhere, making support flexible and discreet—especially helpful for remote teams or global offices.
All our counsellors are accredited by the Singapore Association for Counselling (SAC) and trained in a wide range of therapeutic modalities. They’re also certified in NOVA CCRT crisis response, bringing both clinical rigour and trauma-informed care to every session.
Not at all. Employees can bring any concern—personal or professional—to their sessions. It’s about supporting the whole person.
Employees are welcome to discuss anything they’re struggling with—personal, professional, or both. This includes anxiety, depression, burnout, grief, relationship concerns, parenting stress, trauma, life transitions, and more.
