This Notice applies to personal data in our possession or under our control. This includes personal data held by organisations that we have partnered with to collect, use, disclose or process personal data for our purposes. Personal data provided through our website and social media platforms also fall within the ambit of this policy.

Gathering Data

Our engagement with you may require the accumulation of certain personal data. These may include, but are not limited to, your name, domicile, email, phone number, birth date, nationality, gender identity, relationship status, medical data, and emergency contact.

Utilisation And Disclosure Of Personal Data

We place great emphasis on your privacy. We assure you that all personal data shared through online registration forms, our online client management systems, newsletter subscriptions, emails, phone calls, feedback forms or any other communication channel will be handled with strict confidentiality.

We do not trade or sell personal data for advertisement or marketing purposes. The personal data we collect may be utilised for the following purposes:

We do not disclose personal data to third parties except when legally required or for referrals to other healthcare professionals and/or institutions as agreed with you via consent in writing.

Withdrawal Of Consent

You may withdraw your consent for the collection, use and disclosure of your personal data in our possession at any time by giving reasonable notice to us via email to our Data Protection Officer at dpo@incontact.com.sg. Upon receipt of your email to withdraw your consent, we may require reasonable time (depending on the complexity of the request and its impact on our relationship with you) for your request to be processed. Should we require more time, we will inform you of the time by which we can fully address your withdrawal notice.

Access To, And Accuracy Of, Personal Data

You may request access to a copy of your personal data which we hold about you or information about the manner in which we use or disclose your personal data. Such requests can be submitted via email to our Data Protection Officer at dpo@incontact.com.sg. In order to ensure that your personal data is current, complete and accurate, please update us if there are any changes.

An administration fee may be charged for the handling and processing of your request to access your personal data. If so, we will inform you of the fee beforehand.

We seek to process such access and correction request within 30 calendar days after verification of your identity. Should we require more time, we will inform you of the time by which we can fully address your request.

Safeguarding Personal Data

We have implemented reasonable administrative, physical and technical measures to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, accumulation, utilisation, disclosure, copying, modification, disposal or similar risks. These measures are reviewed and updated periodically to ensure the ongoing safety of your data.

Retaining Personal Data

We may maintain your personal data for as long as it is necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was accumulated, or as required or permitted by applicable laws. Once the purpose for which the personal data was accumulated is no longer being served, and if there are no legal or business reasons for maintaining such data, we will cease retention.

Data Breach Notification

In the event of a breach security leading to accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure of, or access to, personal data, we shall promptly assess the impact and once assessed that it is a notifiable data breach, we shall report this breach within 3 calendar days to the Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC). We will notify you when the data breach is likely to result in significant harm to you after our notification to PDPC. We may also notify other relevant regulatory agencies, where required.
