Practising as a trauma informed Psychotherapist and an Executive Coach, Ruchira believes that everyone has the power to heal and grow. She works with Adults (18 yrs - 80 yrs) - individuals, couples and families.

To enable clients to live intentionally, she meets them where they are in their unique journey. This could mean starting a strengths-based, future focused collaboration to excel every day in professional/personal areas... or doing more profound work to address deep-seated conscious/unconscious barriers that hold us back from living fulfilling lives.

Warm, empathetic, and non-judgmental, she creates a safe and supportive space for her clients to explore their thoughts, feelings and behaviours... and gain insights about their own values, beliefs, strengths and purpose.

Ruchira follows a customised, integrative approach with the client (and their unique goals) at the centre of the engagement. She leverages a vast toolkit of modalities and techniques spanning Internal Family Systems (IFS) Approach, Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Transactional Analysis (TA), Somatic Work and more.

As a Third Culture Adult, Ruchira has lived and worked in India and Singapore, across both Big Corporate and Non-profit Sectors, with stakeholders from across the globe, giving her a special appreciation for the role played by the work environment, culture and social experiences as factors impacting mental wellness – both as causes of problems and resources for their resolution.

Her personal philosophy is rooted in Wabi-Sabi (the Japanese principle of living authentically with all our stars and our scars) and hendoku iyaku (turning poison into medicine... and crisis into opportunity).
