Workplace wellness advocate.

Mental wellness is as vital as physical health in today’s workplace. Through corporate trainings, workshops, and group counselling sessions, I’ve witnessed how mindfulness and interactive approaches foster genuine, holistic growth.

From speaking on radio to engaging with organizations of all sizes, I advocate making mental wellness a lifestyle, not an afterthought.

Rituals of connection.

Guiding couples to prioritize their relationships amidst life’s demands is central to my work. Personally, I cherish quiet walks with my wife, where we deepen our connection and communication.

These walks also provide space for self-reflection, illustrating how meaningful rituals can nurture both personal well-being and partnerships.

Lasting connections—whether with yourself, your partner, or your team—are built not in the extraordinary moments but in the everyday rituals of listening, understanding, and showing up.

Giving back with compassion.

Volunteering is a vital part of my life. I dedicate time to a family counseling agency, supporting individuals and couples facing depression, anxiety, and relationship challenges.

My experience extends to counseling in schools and drug rehabilitation settings, fostering resilience and hope in those navigating difficult paths.

Meeting Steven has been one of my many highlights this year. It was the part of my season where I was looking for deep motivation and a help to bounce back and trust myself again. Our sessions have been highly instrumental in discovering where I should be this time. I will always remember his powerful lines that help me navigate through big life and career shifts. All of my sessions have been wonderful that I vouch him to my friends in which had the same beautiful experiences with his counseling. Thanks again Steven and to and your platform, you have been creating huge impacts and helping people change lives for the better. Truly, words hold so much power that it could make and break a person, but yours had always been for the best. More power to you and I know you’re planted here on earth for this purposeful impact.

I highly recommend Steven to anyone seeking guidance and support. He provided a safe and comfortable space for me to process my thoughts and emotions without feeling judged. His meaningful advice and insightful observations helped me gain a deeper understanding of myself and my situation. He has a knack for asking the right questions and gently challenging my perspectives, which led to some powerful breakthroughs. Through our sessions, I was able to realize my worth, develop strategies for coping with challenges, and build a stronger sense of self-awareness. I am incredibly grateful for his expertise, compassion, and genuine desire to help. Steven, please know that I'm one of those people you have helped to move forward and I'll be forever thankful for that.

My fiance and I came across Incontact Counselling while researching for a pre-marital counselling course. We signed up for the 3 hour course with Steven, who was responsive and accommodating to our schedule. We were both nervous and excited as we didn't know what to expect but were pleasantly surprised by how Steven managed to make us feel comfortable from the get go. He covered several important topics (such as healthy conflict resolution, prioritising the r/s, potential issues to look out for etc.) and it was extremely educational for us! Loads to muse on after the session. Would definitely recommend to any other couples thinking about settling down.
