How to Find Us

Mass Rapid Transit (MRT)

Take the East-West (EW) MRT Green Line and alight at Tanjong Pagar MRT Station.

Head towards Exit G and follow the signs for Exit G, Telok Ayer Street and Cecil Street.

Once you exit the escalators, follow the covered pathway until Amoy Street Food Center.

Turn left towards the lift at the end of the covered pathway and take the lift to the 4th Floor.

Exit the lift and turn left, keep walking down the corridor, and Incontact Counselling and Training will be on your right-hand side.

Parking

The MND Complex has a Car Park - M0050.

Once you have parked your car, head towards the Annex B Building. You will enter onto the fourth floor and then walk towards Incontact Counselling and Training Unit #04-04.

About Us

Incontact was formed by three psychotherapists and their passion to create a space for a practice, where they can build deep therapeutic relationships that empower clients towards change. We are bound by root level experience of working within the community and then enlarging our skills to work with both the expat and local community.

Our therapists have experience of working with diverse nationalities and multinational organizations.

We believe in individualized interventions, adopting an integrative and holistic approach incorporating Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, EMDR, Gottman Couples Therapy, Transactional Analysis Techniques and a variety of other evidence based professional techniques.

In all that we do, our core is to establish an alliance with the client, that is safe, productive and attuned.
