LUNCH TALKS FOR ORGANISATIONS

Mental health conversations that fit your workday

What are Lunch Talks?

Mental health awareness in Asia’s workplaces is shifting. More organisations are prioritising employee wellbeing—not just physical health, but mental and emotional health too. Lunch Talks are part of Incontact’s Employee Assistance Programme, designed to open up conversations about mental health in a way that’s accessible, engaging, and relevant.

Led by experienced mental health professionals, these 45–90 minute sessions can be conducted onsite or online. Each talk provides practical insights into common challenges—stress, anxiety, burnout, workplace conflict—and offers simple tools and strategies people can use in their daily lives. Think of them as bite-sized mental health education, designed to empower teams with awareness and action.
