Increasingly, we have seen the limitations of generic Employee Assistance Programmes that do not meet the needs of the organisation as they are sporadic individual talks or programmes which are important, but may not result in long term changes that will transform your organisation into a healthier and more productive workplace. Hence, mental wellness programmes for organisations need to be individualised based on the gaps and strengths of your organisation. This programme is to highlight specific mental wellness needs after psychological assessment of your organisation.
We will first examine the state of the organisation through conducting an organisation-wide mental health survey, interviewing a selected cross sectional of employees and meeting with the organisation’s leadership in order to review problems that are being faced, the historical culture of the organisation, current EAP collaborations and programmes, all in order to understand the stage that your organisation is at.
AnalyseNext, we will analyse the collected data and results of the surveys and interviews so as to develop a best fit approach using the Incontact Maturity Model.
RecommendThen, we will create a small team of therapists to have a consultation with your leadership team so that we can take into consideration organisational goals and align the mental health approach/recommendations accordingly.
ImplementFinally, we will provide these recommendations to the leadership and discuss objectives, deliverables and the timeline for the organisation. The implemented recommendations will be measured against defined goals and communicated across the organisation.
